Monthly Bookkeeping
Transaction categorization, account reconciliation, monthly review, and organized financial records so your books stay current instead of becoming a year-end headache.
2
Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation
I compare your books against your bank and credit card statements to help catch duplicates, missing transactions, errors, or inconsistencies.
3
Financial Reports
Monthly reports may include your Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and other summaries that help you understand where your money is going.
4
QuickBooks Online Setup & Cleanup
For businesses that need a new QuickBooks file set up, existing books reviewed, or messy records cleaned up before ongoing monthly service begins.
5
Catch-Up Bookkeeping
If your books are months behind, I can help get everything organized and brought up to date before moving into monthly support.
6
Payroll Support
Payroll support may include payroll categorization, payroll-related bookkeeping, and coordination with your payroll system or provider. Full-service payroll processing can be discussed based on your setup and needs.
One-Time Cleanup vs. Monthly Support
One-Time Cleanup or Catch-Up
Best for businesses that are behind, disorganized, switching systems, or preparing for tax time. I review past activity, clean up categories, reconcile accounts, correct obvious issues, and help bring your books to a more accurate, usable place.
Ongoing Monthly Bookkeeping
Best for businesses that want consistent support going forward. I help keep transactions categorized, accounts reconciled, and reports updated so you can stay current, catch issues sooner, and make decisions with clearer numbers.
Who These Services Are Best For
These services are designed for small business owners who need their books organized, maintained, and easier to understand, without hiring someone in-house. It’s a good fit if you’re behind on your bookkeeping, tired of sorting through transactions yourself, or ready for more consistent monthly support.
This may include service-based businesses, real estate professionals, investors, landlords, property-related businesses, and growing businesses that need cleaner financial records and fewer loose ends.
If your books feel confusing, inconsistent, or like something you only deal with when tax time starts breathing down your neck, this service was built for that.

What’s Outside My Scope
To keep my work focused, accurate, and efficient, there are a few things I do not typically handle as part of bookkeeping services:
I do not provide tax preparation, tax filing, or legal advice. I do not make collections calls, manage high-volume accounts receivable follow-up, or take over full financial decision-making for your business. I can help organize your records and provide clean reports, but final tax strategy and filing should be handled by your CPA or tax professional. But I am happy to coordinate with your CPA when needed.
How Monthly Pricing Is Determined
Monthly bookkeeping is priced based on the amount of time, detail, and ongoing maintenance needed to keep your books accurate and current. Every business is a little different, so pricing depends on the structure of your accounts, the condition of your books, and the level of monthly activity involved.
Pricing may be affected by:
Number of Accounts
Multiple bank accounts, credit cards, loans, or payment platforms can add complexity.
Reporting Needs
Standard monthly reports may be straightforward. More customized reporting or additional review may affect the monthly rate.
Monthly Transaction Volume
More transactions require more review, categorization, and reconciliation time.
Payroll Activity
Payroll-related transactions, reimbursements, contractor payments, or coordination with payroll records may add time and detail.
Condition of Current Books
Books that are behind, inconsistent, or messy may require cleanup before monthly service begins.
Business Complexity
Multiple income streams, properties, contractors, loans, reimbursements, or transfers can affect the monthly scope.
Monthly starter packages begin at $200 for simple bookkeeping needs. After reviewing your business, I’ll provide a clear quote based on the actual monthly scope.
